    • Goal
The management goal should be clear to provide customers with distinct values. This is because corporate members’ potential cannot be fulfilled if the objectives are obscure. The management needs to set a challenging yet achievable goal, share such goal with all employees, and present a future direction. In addition, the leaders in each team should encourage team members to pursue self-innovation continuously through clear goal-setting and management.
    • Management for Profits
To survive in the fiercely competitive market and give back some of their profits to the local communities, companies need to focus on inner management together with outer growth. Toward this end, cost reduction should be implemented by reforming the cost structure; the cost saving are then invested in other areas to create new profits as a short-term strategy. In the long run, focusing on R&D investment is essential to develop new products and expand the driving force through business diversification.
    • Management for the Talented
Companies need to make an effort to build an advanced personnel system and train their employees so that talented people as the corporation’s driving force can be secured and fostered. Dynamic communication among personnel at all levels through the horizontal organization’s culture will enable to shoe their creativity and capability. Therefore, we can revisit the quote of Jim Collins: “the ultimate power for making a great company is not the market, technology, or product; the one thing that can be counted on is the ability to secure talented people and keep them.”
